About Me
Delia He
(She/Her)
I believe we are stronger together. My counselling practice is committed to helping you heal from past experiences and develop the mental resiliency to handle future events.
I have a Bachelors degree in Criminology and a Masters degree Counselling Psychology. I have over a decade of experience working 1 on 1 with individuals.

My areas of focus include: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, attachment, grief and loss, trauma, post-traumatic growth, operational stress injuries, and vicarious trauma/burnout.

I have lived experience as a front-line worker who has suffered through an operational stress injury and burnout. I spent a number of years working on the front lines on the Downtown Eastside and understand the difficulties in navigating demanding and high stress work environments.
I aim to provide a reflective and encouraging space where you can process difficult experiences and understand what has happened to you. I also want to provide you with the tools to self-manage and feel confident to handle what life throws at you.

I utilize different modalities including parts work, attachment theory, lifespan integration, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and cognitive behavioural therapy, however I integrate tools from various therapeutic modalities that would be fitting and useful to you.
Services
I offer a range of counselling services to help you navigate life's challenges. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, or work-related stressors, I am here to support you. I offer in person (Monday/Thursday in Langley) & virtual (Tuesday) one-on-one counselling with flexible hours.
